Vitality Living is a Nashville, TN-based senior housing operator created in 2016 which manages assets in select markets in the South and Southeastern United States. The company has over 25 corporate employees and currently manages institutional quality properties in Tennessee, Florida, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Arkansas. Vitality leadership collectively has over 200 years of combined senior housing operating experience, including CEO Chris Guay whose background includes executive roles with Emeritus and Brookdale. Winterpast Capital Partners (“WCP”) serves as the Company’s investment arm and is led by Blanding Beatty, who has over 15 years of real estate investment experience.
Broadview established a partnership with WCP/Vitality in 2021 to provide support for organizational growth and GP Equity to capitalize the Company’s senior housing acquisition and development strategies.
