Trubild Property Management (“Trubild”) is a Charleston, SC-based manufactured housing operator created with the goal of acquiring underinvested parks and enhancing to institutional quality. Trubild has previously owned or managed MHC properties totaling over 3,000 pads in 35 parks, and owns over 500 pads with Broadview. Trubild, through its Tarawa venture, focuses on buying single assets and portfolios with identified turnaround strategies. Trubild is led by Roby Seed who has been acquiring and managing manufactured housing properties since 2015.
Broadview established a partnership with Trubild in 2020 to provide LP equity for the Company’s manufactured housing acquisition strategy. Trubild is focused on acquiring value-add manufactured housing communities across the Southeastern United States.
