Parkstone Communities is a Richmond, VA-based manufactured housing operator created with the goal of providing quality affordable housing solutions in select markets across the Southeast. Parkstone (and its predecessor Three Rivers MHP, LLC) has owned or managed MHC properties totaling over 1500 pads in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and South Carolina including parks owned with Broadview. Parkstone focuses on buying medium-sized parks, in good locations where the demand for the affordable housing is high and the supply is limited. Parkstone is led by Sam Turner who has over 20 years of financial services and real estate experience.
Broadview established a partnership with Parkstone Communities in 2020 to provide support for organizational growth and LP equity for the Company’s manufactured housing acquisition strategy. Parkstone is focused on acquiring institutional quality manufactured housing communities across the Southeastern United States.
