While at Berkshire, the Broadview team established a single-asset venture with Landmark Properties to provide GP equity for the development of The Standard at Auburn. Located two blocks off campus from Auburn University (Auburn, AL), The Standard features 219 units (683 beds) in 7-story building that offers a competitive amenity package including a rooftop pool. The project was completed in 2019.
