Broadview established a partnership with Collegiate Development Group in 2019 to provide support for organizational growth and GP equity for the Company’s student housing development strategy. CDG’s initial project with Broadview is a highly-amenitized 745-bed community within walking distance to Indiana University in Bloomington.
